Welcome to Vibeo! This TOS is a legal agreement between you and Vibeo to use Vibeo applications and related services. Please read and understand the terms of service carefully before using Vibeo service. If you do not agree to any of these terms of service, please do not use Vibeo.

Vibeo is a video creation and sharing platform that offers:

• Video Recording, editing and distribution;

• Viewing, liking, commenting and sharing video content;

2. User Registration and account management

・ you can log out of your account at any time through the account setup option in Vibeo application.

・ after the account is cancelled, all your data and contents will not be recovered, so please exercise caution.

3. User Behavior Standards

3.1 content delivery

・ all content you publish must comply with local laws and regulations and the terms of service.

・ you shall not publish or disseminate any illegal, harmful, infringing, violent, pornographic, racially discriminatory or other inappropriate content.

3.2 social interaction

・ you should respect other users and refrain from harassment, slander, intimidation, or other inappropriate behavior.

You are not allowed to use Vibeo services for any form of commercial advertising or spamming.

3.3 copyright and intellectual property

・ You Warrant that the content you publish is your own creation or that you have the right to use and share it.

Vibeo reserves the right to remove any content that violates copyright or Intellectual Property Law regulations.

4. Service usage rules

4.1 service restrictions

You may not use any automated tools or scripts to access or use VIBEO services.

・ you shall not attempt to interfere with or disrupt Vibeo's normal operation, including but not limited to attacking servers or tampering with data.

4.2 data security

・ Vibeo will take reasonable measures to protect your data security, but can not guarantee complete protection from security vulnerabilities.

• You should back up important data yourself to prevent data loss.

5. Intellectual property declarations

5.1 intellectual property rights of Vibeo

・ all Vibeo content, including but not limited to software, interface design, text, graphics, audio and video, is protected by copyright law and other Intellectual Property Law laws.

・ you may not reproduce, modify, distribute or otherwise use Vibeo's intellectual property content without Vibeo's express written permission.

5.2 User-generated content

・ You Reserve all rights to publish your content, but Grant Vibeo a non-exclusive, global, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on Vibeo.

・ Vibeo will collect, use and protect your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy.
